Club Bayer's main purpose is to help improve pharmaceutical advice and grow the pharmacy.
At Club Bayer you will find: quality training content where you can test your knowledge, training challenges, knowledge challenges and visibility challenges with which you can earn points and exchange them for products or gift cards from a very interesting prize catalogue. In addition, pharmacies with a sell out contract can earn money if they overcome the sale challenges of food supplements and cosmetics.
As a pharmacy you can earn money through challenges in selling food supplements and cosmetics. As a user you can win products or services from a points catalogue, improve your training and save time.
Club Bayer has been designed in compliance with all current Spanish regulations and the Pharmaindustria code. The sales challenges are exclusively for food and cosmetic products and do not constitute any incentive for pharmacy professionals in the field of medicines. The points obtained by the user are obtained by his valuation on formations, questions or surveys and by the upload of images in the case of challenges of visibility related exclusively to food and cosmetic products, not constituting any incentive on professionals of the pharmacy in the area of medicines.

Exclusively pharmacy professionals. The pharmacy owner will configure and validate his team. Bayer will validate the requests of new pharmacies. A professional can only have one user in Club Bayer.
In the case that Bayer detects a non-pharmacist user or a pharmacist with multiple users in Club Bayer, Bayer will remove that user and may remove the pharmacy(s) to which he or she belongs without any right to redeem points earned under the loyalty program. Similarly, in the circumstance that Bayer detects that a user shares his or her access codes with a third person, Bayer will remove that user and may remove the pharmacy to which he or she belongs without any right to redeem the points obtained under the loyalty program.
To enter Club Bayer you must verify your account to complete the entire registration process. If you are a staff member, in addition to verifying your account, the pharmacy owner must accept you and assign you a role. To verify your account you need to access the automatic email sent by Bayer and click on "Activate your account".
In this case, you should first make sure that you have selected a pharmacy to which you belong. If you already have an assigned pharmacy in your profile, it means that the pharmacy owner has not yet accepted you. Please contact your pharmacist so that they can go to My Profile > My Team and accept you, so that you can enjoy all Club Bayer content.
You will receive an email from Bayer explaining what Club Bayer is, as well as a button to register. Once you click on the button, you will be redirected to the registration page with some of your pre-filled information. After completing the registration, you will need to verify your account. To do so, you will receive a verification email where you will need to click on 'Activate your account'. After verification, you will be able to sign in with your email and password to Club Bayer.

Once you are signed up to Club Bayer, you will need to go to the top of the home page where there is an "Invite Your Team" button. You can also go to My profile > My team, and click on "invite your team" and your email application will open so that you can add your team's emails so that they can receive a personal invitation with a link that they can use to sign up. This functionality is only available if you are the owner or manager of the pharmacy.

Once your team has registered at Club Bayer, you will receive an email notification to accept your team. Go to "My Profile" > "My Team" and you will see the pending requests. You must assign them a role and accept or reject each request.
You can assign the role of Manager and Staff. The difference between the two roles is that the Manager has the same permissions as the Pharmacist Owner, being able to enroll the pharmacy to sell out challenges and manage the pharmacy in the profile, actions that those with the Staff role cannot do. All validated users can access all Club Bayer content.
Once you receive the email with the invitation from the owner of your pharmacy, you must click on the link and access the Club Bayer registration. Fill in your personal details, password, accepting the terms and conditions and privacy policy. Your pharmacy will then be pre-selected. Once you have registered you will receive an automatic email to verify your account. Once you have verified your account, the pharmacy owner will have to accept you as a member and assign you a role. Once this has been done you will be able to enjoy all the benefits of Club Bayer.
You will only be able to access your profile and the home page.
If the pharmacy owner rejects you, you will have restricted access to Club Bayer content. The pharmacy owner can also remove you from the pharmacy if you no longer work there. In this case, you will need to make a change of pharmacy and change in your profile the new pharmacy you work in. You can go to your profile and make a request to your new pharmacy if it is registered to Club Bayer. In this case, the new owner will receive your request for validation and role assignment. You will keep all your history as a user and the points you have obtained.
Adding a photo and a description to your profile is an important step to personalize your experience and, in the future, let other users get to know you better. You will have to access "My Account", click on "Upload image" and fill in the description field with a brief description of your profile, interests, experiences and your pharmacy. Then you just need to click the "Save" button.
It is important to select your interests to receive more personalized content. You will be able to select the main categories of your pharmacy and the topics that interest you the most at a pharmacy management level. You will have to access my account, edit profile, select the tags with the topics that interest you the most and save. They will be saved in your profile and you will be able to update them whenever you want.
It is important to keep your pharmacy profile up to date to personalize your experience so that others can get to know you better in the future. As an owner or user with a manager role, you will be able to update all your pharmacy data such as image, address, phone number, email, web and links to social media profiles. You will have to go to my account, my pharmacy, edit the fields and press "save".
You can check the points you have accumulated and your ranking in Club Bayer by accessing my profile and my points. You will be able to see where you rank in the total number of Club Bayer users and see how you evolve each week. The first ones will have additional surprises and prizes.
The trainings consists of a series of specialized contents on topics related to health and pharmacy management, presented in different formats such as videos, infographics and presentations with which you can learn or refresh your knowledge about pathologies, treatments, Bayer products and business management applied to pharmacy. All the training courses have been developed by Bayer and a team of pharmacists in compliance with all the medical and regulatory standards in force and with rigorous internal validation by Bayer.
The trainings are intended to provide relevant information for professionals working in a pharmacy in order to improve pharmaceutical recommendation. In the trainings you will be able to learn about different categories such as vitamins, digestive health, women's intimate health, skin care, flu and cold, among others. You will also be able to learn about business management applied to pharmacy.
We give you different filters so that you can look for the trainings that suit you best. You can search through the health and management subsection, through labels, through the search box and through the type of training (pathology, products or tips).
Each training can have up to 5 stars of rating. It is calculated as an average of all the ratings of the users who have done the training. Before starting the training, you will be able to see the details of the ratings per concept in the training file: the content is of high quality, I've learned it, I would recommend it and I'm going to apply it to my day
Entering the training section you will find the ones available for each category: health or management. Once there you can search or filter by subject and choose the one you want to do.
The training in food and cosmetic products have assigned points, those in medicine do not, although you will be able to gain recognition as an expert.
Every time you finish a food or cosmetic training, you will have the opportunity to answer a few questions to check what you have learned. If you answer the questions correctly in the given time, you will be able to evaluate the training and earn points. In this case, your training will be shown as "completed".
Of course, don't worry! If you don't answer the questions in the given time or you answer wrongly, you can try to get the right question as many times as you like. Similarly, you can repeat the training as many times as you like.
You can repeat a training course as many times as you like. After the training you will be able to answer the questions but you will not be able to evaluate the training or get points because you have already obtained them.
Yes, Club Bayer will be publishing new training courses on a regular basis. We will highlight the updates in the section of My Trainings and notify you about them. In the same way, your delegate will be able to inform you about the novelties.
At Club Bayer you can find 3 types of challenges. Two user level challenges (knowledge challenge and visibility challenge) and one pharmacy level challenge (sell out challenge for food and cosmetics).
Yes, we are launching the challenges so that you can do them for a period of time, when the deadline has expired you will no longer be able to participate. Hurry up and complete them before they expire!
These are challenges that include a series of questions related to the trainings and surveys that we launch to find out your opinion. Each knowledge challenge has a period in which you can complete it, associated points and tags on the category and status of your challenge.
The knowledge challenges of food products, cosmetics or surveys will have some associated points. Once you have answered the correct answers in the assigned time, you will be able to evaluate the challenge and then you will earn the points.
The food and cosmetics visibility challenges are challenges that we launched at user level so that up to 3 images of the challenge activation in the pharmacy can be uploaded. They refer to a brand and an activation area (window, displays, shelves, VIP visibility, etc). Once you upload the images, you will get the associated points. Bayer will analyze and audit the uploaded images and in case they do not correspond to the visibility challenge, it will remove the points and it will be able to delete the user's account.
It is a challenge for the pharmacy with the purpose of activating a brand of food and cosmetic products. Each sell out challenge has a sign up period prior to the start of the challenge and a challenge duration period. The objective of the challenge is defined (e.g., to achieve an increase x% of units sold with respect to the same period of the previous year) and the reward in money (e.g., 1 euro per incremental unit with respect to the defined objective).
Sure. Let's imagine that we launch a Supradyn sell out challenge whose goal is to sell 10% more units compared to the same period of the previous year with a prize of 1 euro per unit increment.
The same period of the previous year your pharmacy sold 1,000 units of Supradyn. In this case the goal of your pharmacy for this challenge will be 1,100 units of Supradyn. If at the end of the Supradyn challenge period, your pharmacy has sold 2,000 units, your pharmacy has passed the challenge of selling 10% more, so your pharmacy will earn 1,000€, 1,000 incremental units (2,000 units minus 1,000 units) multiplied by 1€ prize per incremental unit.
Bayer will calculate the sell out challenges on a quarterly basis and deposit them on the pharmacy's account during the month following the reception of the sell out data.
You must be in the registration period of the sell out challenge and have a sell out contract with Bayer. By having a sell out contract with Bayer, we do not have to worry about the sell out data as it will be automatically transferred to Bayer, simplifying all the processes.
Your pharmacy can not participate in the sales challenges as Bayer does not automatically have the sell out data. We recommend you to contact your sales representative or telemarketer to activate the sell out contract.
Only the pharmacy owner or pharmacy manager with a sell out contract can register for sell out challenges as long as they are in the registration period. If the sell out challenge has started, please hurry up and register because registration will be closed soon.
That is not possible. Only the pharmacy owner or manager has permission to register the pharmacy. The pharmacist can make a request to the pharmacy owner or manager to enroll the pharmacy.
The entire pharmacy team receives a notification with the confirmation of the registration to the sell out challenge. Once the challenge has started, you will receive the challenge goal from your pharmacy. When the challenge finishes, you will receive a notification with the result of the challenge for your pharmacy and in case you have passed the challenge, the amount of money your pharmacy has won. Challenge passed! Similarly, the pharmacy owner and manager can consult the amount accumulated by your pharmacy in the sell out challenges in the pharmacy profile.
Any user, verified and accepted by the pharmacy owner, can earn points through the evaluations of training courses, knowledge challenges and by uploading images of visibility challenges related exclusively to food and cosmetics.
You can see the points you have in My profile, My points and in the section of My points catalogue.
You can see your ranking in My profile, My points, My ranking. You will be able to see your evolution and see how you surpass other users. The first ones will have additional prizes and surprises.
You can find an exclusive selection of more than 30 products and services that you can redeem with your accumulated points. We currently have technology, travel, cooking, food and gift card products from Netflix, Amazon, Spotify, El Corte Inglés, Decathlon, and IKEA. Check regularly for our new products and choose the prize you like the most.
You have to go to My points catalogue, select a product or experience and press the redeem button. The functionality of redeeming points is not yet operational, we are working to activate it in a short period of time. Stay tuned for news, we will let you know.
In case you have enough points and once the redemption functionality is active, , you can get your product or your gift card. If it's a product, we will send it directly to your pharmacy. If it's a gift card, you will automatically be able to download the instructions to activate your code and get your gift card. We hope you enjoy it, you have earned it!
Each user can redeem a maximum of 20,000 points in rewards from January 1 to December 31. There is a limit per user per year in order to comply with current regulations and Bayer's good internal practices.
Medals are a recognition that you can receive when doing training or challenges of knowledge of nonprescription drugs and their categories. There are 5 types of medals with 10 levels each: Professional, Counsellor, Specialist, Expert and Master. For each medal you win, you will receive a Bayer diploma
Each time you finish a nonprescription drug training or challenge and its categories you accumulate levels to access the next medal.
Where can I view the information on My medals?
You can find your medal details on the "My Profile" page by going to the "My Medals" section.
There you will see a summary of your medals, you can view your level on each type of medal and how you are progressing. You can also visualize your position in the general ranking and in the ranking of each medal with all the users and all the accumulated medal levels.
The diplomas are a recognition by Bayer as you have completed the training or challenge in the category. These diplomas are for your personal use.
